Registration fee
The standard registration fee is $195 inclusive GST
The special group registration fee for organisations wishing to send a number of people to the conference is:
- for the first person the standard registratin fee of $195 incl. GST applies
- for each additional person from the same organisation a special fee of $175 incl. GST apples
Please contact us if you would like to discuss your organisation’s particular needs. We appreciate the conference represents a significant investment and are keen to work with you to ensure that your people get the most out of attending.

Payment terms
- Once you complete and submit the registration form below, you will receive an email confirming your registration details together with a tax invoice.
- The NZ Youth Mentoring Network’s standard payment terms are 7 days from the invoice date
- Full payment is required prior to attending the conference.
- Payment may be made via direct credit to 02-0192-0068607-001 using your invoice number as a reference.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be received in writing to nicki@youthmentoring.org.nz or to the New Zealand Youth Mentoring Network, PO Box 99726, Newmarket, Auckland, at least 15 days prior to the conference.
- A cancellation administration fee of $50.00 will apply for ALL cancellations.
- In the event that you unable to attend the conference and have not advised the New Zealand Youth Mentoring Network as per point 1 above, NO refund will be available.
