This workshop is part of our ongoing "Sharing the Kaupapa" series, which aims to enhance mentoring capabilities and share valuable resources within the sector. Previous workshops have covered topics like building quality relationships and fostering active youth participation in mentoring. This upcoming session focuses specifically on developing strengths-based skills in mentoring. The best part - You don’t need to have attended the previous workshops to benefit from this one.

There are no pre-requisites for this workshop
In this workshop you will:

gain an in-depth understanding of the strengths-based philosophy

identify its relevance in youth mentoring

explore a reflective process to guide change (the Column Tool)

learn and put into practice 12 strengths-based skills, and

build even stronger youth mentoring networks, and of-course, and

have fun!
